The non-majors lab will be on the east side of Noyes Lab on the second floor. The long lab will be divided into 4 sections that hold 20 students each. A storeroom is located in the center of the lab.

This is the storeroom area for the combined labs.

Each student will have a ventillated work station as shown here. These will be down draft hoods to maximize visibility in the room.

The majors lab will have 40 standard hoods for students. Most hoods are on the outside walls between windows to maximize visibility in the lab.
The majors lab will have 5 foot hoods with glass sides and back. There will be six drawers under each hood for student use.
